 Efficiency... Pre-engineered...

Property Matrix has developed synergies with a number of key suppliers. Our Global Partners handle the bulk of the process then introduce their local (New Zealand) arm for completion. By utilising their expertise and hugh resource we can deliver a complete seamless end to end process.

So, lets take alook at the steps........

  Choose Your Design
Our Gobal Partners are continually developing, improving and adding floor plans and features to it established range. By working with our design team, you can interchange floorplans and add modules to get the solution you need, whether the end use is a holiday home or workers quarters.
2-4 weeks

  Place Order
Once you have completed the design process, we will generate a quote. We present per square metre rate ballparks to establish budget expectations, however, depending on the choice of finishes this quote may be more than the standard rate. Once agreed, we will proceed with manufacture.

Economies Of Scale

The advantages of large scale production result in lower average unit cost.

 Pre-engineering
Our Gobal Partners off shore based plant undertakes all pre-engineering processes for your investment in a controlled, under cover environment. This means your home is completely built, fitted, tested and quality checked before being dismantled for international shipping.
12-14 weeks

Pre-assembly
Your home arrives in the country and is pre-assembled at one of our Global Partners Installation Hubs. At this point the home is given a quality and compliance check, then pre-assembled and optimised for transportation.
2-4 weeks

Delivered and Assembled
Property Matrix Home modules are delivered as standard freight loads, requiring no pilot vehicles or additional transportation permits. The modules are then crane lifted onto the foundations and final assembly undertaken by our Authorised Contractors.

The complete process from initial consultation through to the handing over of keys takes as little as 5 months with the actual construction component taking only 4 months. This is a sharp contrast to the traditional build turnaround of ten or more months. Where available, we will work towards developing house plans that meet 'multiple-use approvals', thus reducing the chance of hold ups due to building consent.
